Building Evaluation Capacity in Ontario Health Teams
The purpose of this webinar is to share ideas and learnings for building evaluation capacity in Ontario Health Teams. Drawing on experiences from three OHTs, Mulugeta Chala (Middlesex London OHT) will identify principles and strategies for building capacity to evaluate collaborative OHT initiatives. This webinar will be of interest to OHT leaders, Quality Improvement and Performance evaluation specialists, clinical managers, embedded researchers, and health system planners.

Using Gap Analysis to Inform the Design of Care Models for Seniors
This webinar will explore how gap analysis can help inform the design of care models. Drawing on her experiences as an Impact Fellow at Scarborough OHT (SOHT), Charlotte Anderson will share lessons gleaned from implementing programs of care for seniors requiring mental health and addictions services. She will present key findings and engage SOHT staff in a conversation about the role of gap analysis in program development.
The specific goals of this webinar are:
- Review key characteristics of programs of care and the use of a gap analysis in the development
- Discuss questions to pose, stakeholders to include and important considerations when implementing programs of care for Seniors requiring mental health and addictions services within OHTs.
- Discuss the role of a gap analysis in program development and present learnings from SOHT, and tangible lessons for future development of programs of care for Seniors requiring mental health and addiction services.

Making Collaborative Governance Sustainable: A Developmental Life-Cycle Approach
This webinar shares the research findings and experiential learning of the OHT Fellow on governance and brings OHT leadership to share commentary on the research. The fellow will present the key research findings and engage OHT Leaders in a panel discussion.

Engaging primary care – from the inside out
Panelists from two OHTs will share their experiences and learnings on engaging primary care. In the first half of the lunch and learn, Drs. Kim Morrison and Jocelyn Charles will answer questions relating to engaging primary care in leadership. In second half, Impact Fellows Natalie Montgomery and Jennifer Lake will address engaging primary care and incorporating their feedback in integrated care solutions and planning.
